Our Mission and Vision
Where We Started:
At Excel ABA, our organization is built on a strong foundation of guiding principles, captured by our philosophy of "Chasing Excellence in Every Child's Journey". Founded in 2013 by Luna Hernandez, BCBA, and Eddie Hernandez, MBA, Excel ABA was created to meet the growing need for high-quality ABA services in Madison County and surrounding areas.

Our Mission Today:
We come alongside families to teach meaningful, real-life skills through evidence-based care—helping children learn, grow, and thrive.

Our Vision for Tomorrow:
To be the standard of excellence and leading advocate in our community, empowering individuals with autism and their families to achieve maximum independence and lifelong success.

Meet CHASE
Our day-to-day operations and clinical decisions are strictly guided by five core pillars as we "CHASE" Excellence in Every Child's Journey.

A Support System
You Can Count On
Excel ABA provides comprehensive support to help your child achieve maximum growth. Our team collaborates through a tiered support system to ensure your child receives the best, evidence-based, compassionate care possible from Excel ABA.

Helping Families Thrive
Parent partnerships are crucial when it comes to supporting children with autism. By working together, parents and Behavior Analysts create a supportive, inclusive environment that helps children thrive. At Excel, we prioritize monthly parent meetings that include direct observation of therapy and instruction on ABA techniques using a parent curriculum created in house.
What our parents are saying...
"We travel over 65,000 miles a year to get our child the care he deserves. We know that care level is being met at Excel. Thank you all."
“We love all of the Excel ABA staff and are proud to say our child enters Excel's parking lot everyday with a smile and ready to learn. The care that you all have shown him is second to none."
"Thank you all so much for keeping us updated throughout the day on his adventures and progress!"
